Rates are as follows:
We are now taking reservations for the 2013 Slip Rental Season. .
Regular rates are as follows:
8’6” Beam or less (up to 25’)
No Water or Electric $1,500.00
East Harbor 8’6” Beam or less
With Water & Electric (up to 25’) $1,850.00
West Harbor
All With Water & Electric $2,280.00
**Shorepower used for air conditioning is an additional $175.00**
In/Out on Land With Designated Spot,
Customer Launches & Loads(Max Boat 25’) $850.00
Full Service In/Out Service, Boat on Trailer $1,600.00
*Trailer Storage is $250.00 for the 2013 Summer Season.
ALL SLIPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO LAUNCHING YOUR BOAT FOR THE 2013 SEASON.

At Sequoit Harbor we have floating piers, a gazebo for your use, you can park at your slip, bring your grill, bring a dock box, spend the night, pop a tent and in the West Harbor, you can put up a screen house. The screen houses must be the same or very similiar to the ones that are currently out there. A size limit will be enforced to leave adequate room for your neighbors. We have private washrooms that you get a key for that each have two washrooms and two shower stalls. You have 24/7 access to the marina. We do recommend that you carry insurance and you are responsible for bailing, loosening or tightening your ropes, canvas, mooring cover or screen houses. We do reserve the right to bail, pump or relocate boats in an emergency situation and charge accordingly. We do recommend that you leave a spare key either hidden on your boat or with our Service Department in case an emergency should arise or in case you forget your keys at home.
