We are now taking reservations for the 2010 Slip Rental Season.  Your valued patronage will be welcomed.  For those members who wish to remain in their current slip for the 2010 Season, we require a $300.00 East Harbor or $500.00 West Harbor deposit prior to October 1, 2009.                                                                                                                                                       

Regular rates are as follows (the same as 2008 & 2009!):

               **Shorepower used for air conditioning is an additional $175.00**

                In/Out on Land With Designated Spot,

                Customer Launches & Loads(Max Boat 25’) $750.00                   

               Full Service In/Out Service, Boat on Trailer(Max Boat 25')   $1,500.00                          

We require a $300.00 East Harbor or $500.00 West Harbor deposit by October 1, 2009.  If you wish to pay in installments the following plan would apply in order to guarantee your 2010 slip.

East Harbor–Min. Deposit $300.00:                   West Harbor–Min. Deposit $500.00:

           -Additional $300.00 by 11/30/09                     -Additional $500.00 by 11/30/09

           -Additional $300.00 by 01/28/10                  -Additional $500.00 by 01/28/10

           -Balance by 04/15/10 or before boat is        -Balance by 04/15/10 or before boat

                      *Trailer Storage is $250.00 for the 2010 Summer Season.  

Your $300.00 or $500.00 deposit prior to 10/01/09 will reserve your present slip for the 2010 season.  We recommend reserving your present slip by Oct 1^st, as after that, we will release any non reserved slips first to reserved slip holders who might wish to change, and then on a first come, first serve basis.

At Sequoit Harbor you can park at your slip, bring your grill, bring a dock box, spend the night, pop a tent and in the West Harbor, you can put up a screen house. The screen houses must be the same or very similiar to the ones that are currently out there. A size limit will be enforced to leave adequate room for your neighbors. We have private washrooms that you get a key for that each have two washrooms and two shower stalls. You have 24/7 access to the marina. We do recommend that you carry insurance and you are responsible for bailing, loosening or tightening your ropes, canvas, mooring cover or screen houses. We do reserve the right to bail, pump or relocate boats in an emergency situation and charge accordingly. We do recommend that you leave a spare key either hidden on your boat or with our Service Department in case an emergency should arise or in case you forget your keys at home.
